OK and Not OK

From the "Join the Reboot" website, here are some great tips on what is OK
and what is NOT OK for the most optimal juice fast.

                             Juice Fast Guidelines
These Foods are OK

-All fruits and veggies, including avocado
-Sweet potatoes are preferred over white
  potato
-Small amounts of:
  extra virgin, cold pressed olive oil/flax oil/
  expeller or cold pressed canola oil
-small amounts of vinegars
-sea, Celtic or Himalayan salt
-honey
-low sodium soy sauce
-agave nectar
-dried fruit (sulfur free)
-Decaf green tea and other herbal teas
-Stevia
 These Foods are NOT OK

-Grains/Breads/Rice/Pasta
-Nuts & Nut butters
-Seeds
-Beans
-Eggs
-Fish
-Poultry
-Dairy
-Meat
-Caffeine
-Alcohol (including extracts)


 



Produce NOT to use
in your juicer:

Process these foods in your blender, hand mash, or finely chop
Bean Sprouts
Figs
Bananas
Avocado
Bok Choy
Mushrooms
